Ellie + Alex Back to The Cabin Elopement

When you walk in and Taylor swift is the playlist for the entire duration of their elopement 😭

Ellie and Alex completely surprised their friends and family and eloped just the two of them at one of my fav airbnbs @backtothecabin

You may recognize these two from a proposal I photographed in April when Alex had me meet them on the Toronto Island to document him getting down on one knee. As soon as he popped the question and I popped out and documented it Ellie goes “omg I was looking for you Nicole,” just to make sure I was there 😭 Alex expressed to me how important it was to Ellie to have me document their proposal and elopement and my heart has never felt so full.
2 months later and I was back with them on their elopement day.

During their elopement, I almost fell down the stairs and Ellie quickly said “omg don’t fall your the glue to this whole thing” like how freaking sweet is she.

From dancing to Taylor Swift, googling how to pin a boutonnière seconds before the ceremony, rock paper scissors for who goes first with their vows, wandering around in the woods, popping champagne, and kissing by their custom vinyl, their elopement was one I’ll forever treasure and feel very grateful for documenting.
